Hope Centre for Children, Girls and Women in Tanzania (Hope Centre Tanzania) is a grassroots, women and youth-serving human rights organization registered as a Non-Profit and Non-Governmental Organization. Hope Centre Tanzania was started with a vision to create a platform for adolescents and young people to actively engage them in social issues in Tanzania. The project title is Enhancing Reproductive Health Education and Opportunities for girls in Tanzania by Arts based Engagement aiming to provide community members, especially girls and women improved access to Reproductive Health services, information and lifestyle choices to become active, independent and equitable agents. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for providing efficient logistical, project and financial administrative support to our Project Management team; Manage and develop teams you are responsible for and ensure professional standards of work are maintained and projects are completed to time and budget; To complete post-excavation analysis and reporting on projects undertaken in a timely manner and to the highest professional standards; Maintain project calendar and milestones and establish record policies and procedures for maintaining and using tool and process, ensuring data integrity and consistent use across foundation; Update continuously training and user guide information for tool and resourcing process; Manage, supervise and control multiple projects through project life cycle and Perform other duties as required

Grant (Resource Mobilization) Officer
Duties and Responsibilities: Develop a comprehensive strategy to strengthen and expand donor support into a strong, steady, consistent source of revenue; Develop and design a financial sustainability strategy for Hope Centre Tanzania to ensure a long term income generating structure; Develop a private sector fundraising and partnership plan and be responsible for the overall implementation of this plan; Develop and maintain a donor database including contact details, areas of interest/objectives, funding and contractual modalities, and formats; Research, approach and negotiate with new funding and old partners for capacity building programme to empower National Chapters to enhance resource mobilization and support them to mobilize funds from in-country donors; Identify Prospective key markets for potential fundraising targets. Ensure timely and high quality grant reporting; perform other related duties as assigned by the Senior Programme Coordinating Officer and perform other duties as required
Requirements, Skills and Qualifications: Degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field; A minimum of 5 years’ experience in building partnerships between NGOs, Multilateral and Bilateral and corporate or relevant professional experience in resource mobilization and partnership is required; 5 years’ experience in fundraising from donors, especially private industry; Demonstrated experience in managing external stakeholder relationships (e.g., donor and implementing partner relationships, or similar background); Excellent business-oriented verbal, visual and written communication; Consistently approaches work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude; Remains calm, in control and good humored even under pressure; Demonstrated experience with navigating political and strategic discussions objectively and diplomatically; Experience structuring and analyzing quantitative, financial models to inform decision-making; Skilled in identifying strategic opportunities and develop plans to pursue them; Have high energy, confident presenter who is able to engage people and get them to commit funding/and or to partnering with Hope Centre Tanzania; Knowledge and experience in the realities of development issues; Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English and Kiswahili; Very strong networking skills and excellent interpersonal relationship skills; A proven track record of fundraising from major donors, corporate and foundations Good understanding of corporate social responsibility strategies; Creativity and innovativeness; Proven skills in developing and writing successful funding proposals and ability to work with budgets and financial reports
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinating program monitoring and reporting ;Provide technical assistance in developing and strengthening Hope Centre Tanzania M&E system; Build capacity of the staff team to set a functional groundwork for efficient data collection, entry, compilation and timely reporting at site level, district level and regional level; Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization’s M&E framework including indicator mapping; Develop and implement standard operating procedures for data collection, collation, verification and use at each level of the health information system; Prepare quarterly, semi-annual and annual progress reports within described deadlines; Facilitate utilization of reports at site level and district level for program planning, management and evaluation; Lead the preparation of M&E based quarterly feedback reports to the sub grantees to district partners, and Ministry of Health partners; Participate in periodic data quality assessment activities to track progress in data management at individual sites focusing on different supported program areas; Identifying areas for operational research; Writing and dissemination of lessons learned and best practices; Oversee timely site and district level target distribution and monitor and report monthly on target performance to program team and senior management team and Carry out any other responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor
